[ns] recompiling NS-2.30

Hi All,
I modify some C++  files in NS-2.30 (aodv.h and aodv.cc) and recompiled using the following commands

> ./configure
> ./make clean
> ./make

with the above commands the changes were not reflected. Can anyone help out?
