[ns] Delay Jitter measurement in the internet

Helo List,
I am trying to measure the delay jitter experienced by VoIP ( cbr traffic
with different interarrival time and packet size) in the internet. Can
anyone advice meon what tools are best suited for this purpose ? I have
browsed through the internet, but non of the tools seem to be providing the
option of end to end Delay jitter measurement with variable cbr packet size
and interarrival times.
