[ns] problem: installing [pd] NS

I am installing the parallel distributed NS2 (2.27) from "compass" on Fedora
Core-5. I have applied the patch required for pdns and when I try to
configure it I get the following error:

OK, the gb_flip routines seem to work!

to see if they have a fix for your platform.
