[ns] implementation code for MANETconf

[Sara Gomez Nosti]

Does anybody know how could I get the implementation code in ns-2 for
the paper MANETconf from Sanket Nesargi and Ravi Prakash? I am working
on some project that uses this protocol and it would be really helpful
to have it. It is really important to me because I don't have the time
to implement it by myself.
