[ns] TraceFile for Application/Traffic/Trace objects

Hi, I need to produce a TraceFile for Application/Traffic/Trace objects
but I haven't any idea about generation of it.
I've tried to look for some example but I can't find anyone.
So, please, could someone tell me, step by step, how can I generate and
format it from my inputs (microseconds, bytes)?!
