[ns] building ns-2 on linux ES4 U4 x86_64

I am trying to install ns 2.31 on a Red Hat Linux ES4U4 AMD64 system and I am running into the install fails while configuring Nam. The following is the error that I am getting:

I've installed all the X11 libraries to my knowledge. Please help me out.
