[ns] How to bind to phy.cc

Hi,

Could anyone please help me.

I managed to bind a variable (extra_delay_ ) to wireless-phy.cc and 
mac-802_11.cc files, but don't know how to bind it to phy.cc file.

Any ideas on how to do this please?
