I dont know much but I think you can do the following:

If you mean propagation delay by "delay" then the following might work:

Channel set delay_              0.000001;

For bandwidth, you could do
Phy/WiredPhy 	set bandwidth_ 	10e6

But I am not sure if it (WiredPhy.bandwidth_) is obsolete. I do the following:

Mac/802_11 set basicRate_       1000000;
Mac/802_11 set dataRate_       	1000000;
