[ns] installation problem

When I install ns2.29 on windowXP, I found the following error

Copying skeleton files.
These files are for the user to personalise
their cygwin experience.

These will never be overwritten.

`./.bashrc' -> `/home/luckybd//.bashrc'
`./.bash_profile' -> `/home/luckybd//.bash_profile'
`./.inputrc' -> `/home/luckybd//.inputrc'

luckybd at user ~
$ cd ..

luckybd at user /home
$ cd ..

luckybd at user /
$ ls
bin       cygwin.bat  dev  home  proc  usr
cygdrive  cygwin.ico  etc  lib   tmp   var

luckybd at user /
$ cd usr

luckybd at user /usr
$ cd local

luckybd at user /usr/local
$ ls
bin  etc  lib  ns-allinone-2.31  ns-allinone-2.31.tar.gz

luckybd at user /usr/local
$ cd ns*

luckybd at user /usr/local/ns-allinone-2.31
$ ls
INSTALL.WIN32  install    sgb         xgraph-12.1
README         nam-1.13   tcl8.4.14   zlib-1.2.3
cweb           ns-2.31    tclcl-1.19
gt-itm         otcl-1.13  tk8.4.14
