[ns] voip problem

hello ,
 
now i want to add a voip application to ns2.30, and i
use the source code in the "simulating playout
scheduler for voip ",but i don't understand what is
the *.bit file and *.vuv file which i need to have
before i start the 1VOIP_802_11.tcl
