[ns] Install ns-allinone-2.1b9a on Cygwin, "can't find X library", Could anybody help me ?? Thanks !!

  I installed ns-allinone-2.1b9a under http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-cygwin-old.html, and the error that I received is given below:
