also I have had the same problem, but then I have followed exactly the 
instructions in the site  http://www.q2s.ntnu.no/~paquerea/ns.html and 
works! it tries re-installed ns2-30 and the pach then.

Laurent had answered to me therefore:
After applying a patch to a source code, you need to recompile... Run
make and it will work.
