[ns] HELP - Urgent -Error when run nam

    Hello 
   
  When run ns-allinone-2.29.3 under windows XP , I get following error when run nam  :
   
    nam: no display name and no $DISPLAY environment variable
   
  and then when solved this problem by command
  export DISPLAY=:0.0
   
  I get following error:
  nam: couldn't connect to display ":0.0"
   
  Please help me
