[ns] TCP traffic source exhibit an ON/OFF behavior

hi ns-users,
i want to simulate tcp traffic source which represent
client-server interaction, such as web browsing.
this source(server) will provide services to wireless
stations(clients) on the WLAN.
anyone of you, who knows the solution please help me.
