[ns] debugging NS2

Hello and sry for double Post...
I still try to enable debugging for NS-2 using 2.29 all in one Packet
I used the Guide from Pedro Vale Estrela but in Step6 of the Guide when i
try to reconfigure and recompile the error utils_ns.cc:28:19: error:
timip.h: No such file or directory occurs. The timip.h is merged in
utils_ns.cc but i can't find the file. Has someone has experience with the
guidance from Mr. Estrela or has the same error? Any suggestions would be
helpfull.
