[ns] IPv6suport in ns2 wired

IPv6 is not supported on ns2.If u wanna work on it, just change the header
size for TCP/IP in ns-default.tcl file.

If u only wanna work with the packet header size feature of IPv6, then u are
good to go with my option, otherwise, if u need other facilities of IPv6
such as its 128bit addressing mode, autoconfiguration and mobility, then
MobiWan will be better.

MobiWan has some issues wit number of nodes dat can be attachto a BS and
some installation probs too. I worked with MobiWan on Ns-2.28. A patch
exists for dat version.
