  OK I downloaded http://www.cc.jyu.fi/~sayenko/src/diffserv_wfq.diff and http://www.cc.jyu.fi/~sayenko/src/dsred.diff to the ns-allinone-2.29 directory. Edited both files replacing 2.28 with 2.29. Then:

  patch -p0 < diffserv_wfq.diff
  patch -p0 < dsred.diff

  That worked!
