[ns] simple-wireless.tcl is not running on ns2.28

Search for the /mobility/scene direcotories in your NS2 tree, and put the
example alosnside it, eg:

Snenario files in /ns2/tcl/ex/mobility/scene
Put the script in /ns2/tcl/ex/mydir/
