[ns] problem while running tcl file

 sir/madamI have a problem while running tcl file.The error isinit.tcl not properly installed.while running nam out.nam,the nam file is not overwritten & the ouput of pgm which is run first is given as the output.please help me to get rid of this problemThanks in advanceanu
