[ns] how to calculate at what time .....

Hello all !
I'm working on mobile ip implementation in ns2. I have a tcl script in which a mobile node is moving from home agent to foreign agent. Now the problem is that how to calculate at what time it leaves the HA and gets attached to foreign agent as well as what will be the mobile node id(hierarchical address) or how can I retrieve node id information from tr file.
