[ns] Layer Three Handoff Detection Algorithms

Hi all Users.
  I am new to ns and using ns2.28 in Linux RedHat 8.0 environment.
  can anyone help me to implement the layer three detection Algorithms for mobile IP (like lazy cell switching, eager cell switching etc) in ns 2.28.
