[ns] how to install ns2 on linux xp

've tried to install NS2 on linux xp , i was using ns-allinone packages ,
i've tried different versions but every time i was getting errors in X-graph
in starting and then installation termintes with an error in tk files.. i
did modify the installaion using installation patch but it was no use.. can
any one please help me out in this matter.. i really need to install NS2 as
for my dissertation.
