[ns] nam1.11 fails to compile under Ubuntu 6.06

Hi all,

Just wondering what the problem is with respect to nam1.11 failing to
compile with the following error message:

netmodel.cc: In member function ‘int NetModel::addr2id(int) const’:
netmodel.cc:311: error: cast from ‘void*’ to ‘int’ loses precision
netmodel.cc: In member function ‘int NetModel::lookupObjname(const
char*)’:
netmodel.cc:2764: error: cast from ‘void*’ to ‘int’ loses precision
make: *** [netmodel.o] Error 1
Nam make failed! Continue ...

I don't suppose this has anything to do with the fact that I'm using the
amd64-k8 kernel and appropriate kernel headers? 

If not, I have no idea. Thanks in advance for any help.
