[ns] General question about extracted files of ns-allinone

Thanks for the link, but I wish to make a brand new install of ns with all of 
other sw included in ns-allinone, nor a mere upgrade. When upgrading my 
system to FC5 I did a new install and I'm not still having a working ns 
installation.
Would you please show me how should I do?
