[ns] Installation Problems

Hi,

I am trying to build NS-2.28 in windows 2K over cygwin.
I had installed the latest cygwin (version 1.5.18) and am trying to NS.

I get compilation errors while building CWeb & Tclcl.
Some of the errors are listed below

Did any one experience installation problems with latest cygwin. 
Can some one please help me out in this.
