[ns] RED with scheduler WRR

Hi

I have no idea :-)) The diffserv part should be the same. The mobile part is
whatever you want to simulate. If you, and NS-2, manage to send data packets
correctly between the node with wireless and wired interfaces, then things
seem to be quite straightforward.
