I have posted an update to the ns-2 graphing and statistics package:
http://networks.ecse.rpi.edu/~harrisod/graph.html<http://networks.ecse.rpi.edu/%7Eharrisod/graph.html>
(direct download:
http://networks.ecse.rpi.edu/~harrisod/graph-v6.2.6.beta.tar.gz<http://networks.ecse.rpi.edu/%7Eharrisod/graph-v6.2.6.beta.tar.gz>
)

The only major change in this distribution is the inclusion of an install
script, which should help automate installation into existing ns-2
installations. The install script will backup your ns-2 installation before
making any changes.

The graph package provides a set of graph classes and statistics gathering
functions. The graph package has been used by several RPI undergraduate
networking courses, has been available several years publicly, and previous
public releases have been announced on this mailing list. The package comes
with a manual, a tutorial with examples, and a test suite. A separate video
tutorial is available on the web site. The graph package works with
ns-2.1b9a, ns-2.26, and ns-2.28. Earlier versions of the package will work
with ns2.1b5.

The graph classes included with the package are
sequence number versus time,
cwnd versus time,
rtt versus time,
srtt versus time,
rtt variance versus time,
rate versus time,
utilization versus time,
red queue versus time,
queue length versus time,
point-to-point delay versus time,
and
xy.

Many additional graphs have been created by me and by others, but they were
not deemed general enough to include in the distribution. If what you need
is not listed here, I may have a it. Unfortunately I know of no one who has
extended this graph package for use with wireless networks.
