[ns] couldn't execute "nam": no such file or directory "Cygwin - winxp"

Please read the error description - it tells you what the problem is...

"ns: finish: couldn't execute "nam": no such file or directory"

Are nam in your path ? try writing 'nam' in your terminal - just like  
when you write 'ns'. Then there should be that error again.

The solution ? Add nam to your path....
