[ns] couldn't execute "nam": no such file or directory "Cygwin - winxp"

Hi all
 
i'm new user to NS2, i have installed the NS2 "ns-allinone-2.28" package under the shell of Cygwin over windows xp and there is no problem appeared in the installation
 
but when i try to run a ns program this error appear 

$ ns ns-simple.tcl
CBR packet size = 1000
CBR interval = 0.0080000000000000002
ns: finish: couldn't execute "nam": no such file or directory
    while executing
"exec nam out.nam &"
    (procedure "finish" line 7)
    invoked from within
"finish"
 
when i checked the directory of nam-1.11 i didn't find nam.exe and also other missing files
 
where is the problem? is the problem from the source of "ns-allinone-2.28" or the problem in the installation of the NS "ns-allinone-2.28" package or the package is not complete 
and how can i solve this problem
 
 
I have installed the Cygwin and NS2 3 times and it took along time :'( so please help me
