Hi
It depends, and that's one of the most confusing part of the DiffServ
configuration for new users. In the case of the WRR disciplines, they are
number packets to be departed from each queue during a round. So, based on
these values and on the mean packet size, you can approximate the resulting
bandwidth allocation. If you use WFQ (available as a patch), then they are
the precents of the output bandwidth.
