[ns] Problem installation ns2 in Red hat 9 linux

Hi everyone,

 please Help me. 


When installing HCF  in Red hat 9 linux, I met the
following problem.


[mus at localhost ns2]$ make install

and I wanted to install Tcl,than I get the following
