[ns] DSR problem

basically, dsr doesn't support base-stations, whereas dsdv does. lots of 
changes need to be made to the code in the tcl files "mobilenode.tcl", "bsnode.tcl", etc.. i 
have faced similar problems while running wireless simulations using dsr. 
just go through the code in these files and note down the differences 
between srnode, node and base-station node. by differences, i mean how 
they get initialized, how their routing agents are created and so on. if 
possible, debug these tcl scripts using tcl-debugger or by insertung puts 
statetments and trace the flow. you'll then be able to figure out where 
the problem lies. after making several changes, i made dsr to work with 
base-stations and hierarchical addressing.
