[ns] seeking for detailed guidline for installing ns-2.28

I am new to ns2. I am installing it with ns-allinone-2.28 for a long time.
I can't solve the following problem. Who can give me a detailed help?

The problem is:

   tools/rng.cc:518: sorry, not implemented: namespace
   make: *** [tools/rng.o] Error 1
   Ns make failed!
