[ns] set up Display !!!

Sorry, I don't know how to do it. Had the same problem in the past, just
had to re-install Cygwin. Someone on the mailing list might be able to
help.

re-install the basic installation, test, then install the extra stuff
needed for NS2.
 
You should be able to set the variable $DISPLAY but couldn't do it
myself. Maybe someone else on the mailing list can also help.

I am running Cygwin and I did run startx befor runnig NAM! but the error
is still on!
any help will be tanx.
