[ns] problem installing ns on fc4

i am new to this group. i have started installing ns-2 on fedora core4, i am new to linux,i got a problem when i gave ./configure i am sending last lines where it stopped and problem with tcl,can any one please help me,thanks for all.

Please correct the problem by telling configure where tcl is
using the argument --with-tcl=/path/to/package
(perhaps after installing it),
or the package is not required, disable it with --with-tcl=no.
