[ns] Packet Loss in RTP flow

Hi all,


I'm new in ns-2. I'm need to know how can I get the number of packets lost
at the simulation time.
I know that there is the Loss Monitor, but, this implementation of Loss 
Monitor
doesn't do the correct task for my scenario. I say that because in some 
specific times
the loss given by this class isn't correct. For example, I have one RTP flow
from node A to node B. At the time t1 of my simulation node A sent 100 
packets 
to B, but B received only the first 10 packets. If I use the loss monitor 
class, it will
give me the value of 0 packets lost.
Does anyone know how can I get this information (packet lost) at the 
simulation time?
