[ns] RIO in ns2?

Hi All,

I am trying to implement RIO (RED with In and Out) into ns-2.27. I need
to add a tagger to mark the packets based on the profile for each flow.
Is there some one working on this? I am not quite sure from which class
should the tagger drived from. I also need to calculate throughput,
delay, jitter for performance evaluation. Is it possible to implement
RIO with the existing ns-2-27? Do I need to do some programming to
implement it? Please let me know if I can get some work for this
research (source code or literature). If necessary anybody can contact
