[ns] cbrgen refuse 0.0 as seed

Hi everybody,

does anybody has an explanation for this? I could modify the cbrgen.tcl file, but I 
would like to understand first why it is the way it is.

Using a bash script to run multiple simulations, if the seed is anything else than 0.0 
in my tcl script, than the connection pattern will always be the same, so there is no 
point anymore in making many simulations.

Could anyone help me out here?
