[ns] setdest in ns2.28

Dear all,
 
I have a problem making setdest executable. I followed the instructions 
in
the manual but I keep getting an error when I come to use the command
make, its gives me the following error

setdest.cc:52:17: err.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [setdest.o] Error 1

I checked the mailing list on the ns2 website and it only gives the
solution of the problem to ns 2.27 but the version I have on my 
computer
is 2.28. Can anyone please help?
