[ns] flow refused error in umts-extensions

Hello All,
           while running example1.tcl,(I'm using ns-umts-extensions code
developed by pablo martin and ballaster),i got the following
error in the middle of simulation.

UE1 at 0.320625 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.333250 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.346875 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.36000  RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.373125 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.38625  RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.320625 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused
UE1 at 0.320625 RRC::recv ERROR:Flow refused


Please if anybody knows the reason ,help me.
It's very urgent
