[ns] tcl-debug2.0 notice

Dear all,
Where can I find a notice that explains the commands
and how to use tcl-debug2.0 ?
I tried the following website:
http://expect.nist.gov/tcl-debug/
but the available documents have only one or two
pages.
I also tried the command "h" in debug mode, but it's
very concise..

So if you have any informations..
