[ns] a strange installing problem

Hi,

When installing ns-allinone-2.28, I met the following problems:

rm -f libtclstub8.4.a
ar cr libtclstub8.4.a tclStubLib.o fixstrtod.o ; ranlib libtclstub8.4.a
ld.so.1: ar: fatal: libgcc_s.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
