[ns] setting the transmission range

in ns-x.x/tcl/lib/ns-default.tcl file - by changing the variables Pt_ and 
RXThreshold, u can set the transmission range as u like. u can get those 
values by executing the file threshold.cc - i forgot its directory, u can 
just search it.
