[ns] need help : error installing ns-allinone-2.1b9a on cygwin windows XP

when  i install ns-allinone-2.1b9a-gcc32.tar.gz on my pc (using cygwin
for windows XP), i got these :

xgraph has been installed successfully. 
.....
ln: creating symbolic link `ctangle' to
`/cygdrive/c/ns-allinone-2.1b9a/cweb/ctangle': File exists
....
Unable to create sgb library, but it's optional, so continuing...
.....
sgb lib not found. gt-itm & sgb2ns could not be installed. Continuing..
.....
Zlib has been installed successfully.
.....


and also this error  before it stopping the installation :

what happened ? i opened www.scriptics.com and i still don't know.

because when i install ns-allinone-2.28.tar.gz, it's working.

i install ns-allinone-2.1b9a-gcc32 version because i want to use the
ns-umts-extension. or i can install it on the ns-allinone-2.28?
