[ns] packets loss in Diffserv

Hi

There are several ways to do it:

1) Create the policy rule that restricts the incoming rate to, say, 10 Kbps,
but set the actual rate of data to, say, 15 Kbps. Set the policy method to
DROP (in fact, it must be set to DROP according to the EF specification). 5
Kbps of the out-profile packets will be dropped

2) Create a background traffic, for instance FTP/TCP, and set a very simple
scheduling mechanism like FIFO that does not perform proper bandwidth
allocation between aggregates. The aggressive TCP flows will cause packet
drops in the VoIP traffic.

3) well, other scenarios and modification of the previous ones are also
avaialable
