[ns] tcp modification at base station node only

I want to store the tcp packets and have to add some other functionality
at base station node only (not any other node) in wired-cum-wireless
network while it traveling from source to destination. can anyone please
tell me that how can I uniquely identify base station in tcp.cc file?
Secondly how can we change the tcp functionality of all base station nodes
without modifying the mobile and fix nodes functionality? for example, i
want that every tcp acknowledgement passing through the base station node
should change the value of advertised window.

please answer, it is urgent.
