[ns] TORA errors in ns-allinone-ns.28 ( Platform Linux Fedora core 3.0)

ns-aalinone-2.28 and nam  works perfectly in my machine except for
TORA.See below what I get when I run my tcl script. I tested this script
with other protocols and everything is fine. Has anyone any idea what is
going on? Any advice is very much appreciated
