[ns] ns-allinone-2.1b5a installation error

Hi guys,
 
         I am trying to install ns-allinone-2.1b5a in Sun OS 5.8
 
I am getting the following error when I run 'install'
 
creating Makefile
rm -f libotcl.so otcl.o so_locations
/usr/local/bin/gcc -c -g -O2 -DNDEBUG -DUSE_SHM -K pic -I.  
-I../tkbox/include -I../tclbox/include    -I/include otcl.c
gcc: pic: No such file or directory
gcc: unrecognized option `-K'
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `libotcl.so'
otcl-1.0a4 make failed! Exiting ...

 
Please shed some light into this.
