[ns] why ns-2??

Hi,
    Thanks for sending information about ns2. Actually my simulation area
is Diffserv networks. Here, I have selected one topic to simulate
it.The title is "A QoS Architecture for Quantitative Service
Differentiation". but whenever i give a presentation, the question
asked is why are you not using any other network simulator like
Free-BSD. Because in my paper,they have used FreeBSD testbed. Please
anyone tell which one is good(whether ns2 or FreeBSD).
