Hi,
I have a projet who simulate RED/CBQ in the file attached. When i run
this simulation, i have alway an error:
_o102: unable to dispatch method insert
    while executing
"$link insert $topclass"
    (procedure "insertClass2Link" line 4)
    invoked from within
"insertClass2Link $congestedLink"
    (file "projet_CBQ_RED_V2.tcl" line 218)
